I found this picture on sweethomestyle.tumblr.com. I used to hate the idea of an all white room. I thought it was so boring and plain. But after seeing tons of pictures of all white rooms, I want one...bad! It just looks so peaceful and serene. I can imagine that sitting in a room like this in the middle of winter when it's dark at 4:30 in the afternoon could make things less depressing.My mother would say this is impractical. And it probably is because the only thing a couch as white as this one is screaming for is a red wine stain.

Yes, you are right. Your mother thinks this is impractical, as well as BORING. The only color in this room are the pathetically droopy tulips in the foreground.
